These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Always Answering AI receptionist service operated by Fix IT Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). By signing up for or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Always Answering provides an AI-powered virtual receptionist that answers phone calls, qualifies leads, books appointments, and sends SMS messages on behalf of your business. The service includes a phone number, AI voice agent, and owner dashboard.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete business information during signup. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account token and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected during signup.
• Monthly plans include a one-time $499 setup fee. Annual plans waive the setup fee.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize recurring charges for your selected plan.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If our AI receptionist does not answer calls correctly within the first 7 days of activation, you may request a full refund by contacting us.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Make or facilitate illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive communications
• Send unsolicited SMS messages (spam)
• Violate any applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
• Impersonate another business or individual

6. AI Limitations

Our AI receptionist is designed to be helpful and accurate but may occasionally make mistakes. We do not guarantee that every call will be handled perfectly. You are responsible for reviewing call logs and correcting any issues through your dashboard.

7. SMS Consent

By using features that send SMS messages to your callers (confirmations, follow-ups, review requests), you represent that your callers have consented to receive such messages. All SMS messages include opt-out instructions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Always Answering platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Fix IT Technologies. Your business data remains your property.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fix IT Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed calls, lost leads, or incorrect AI responses.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your AI agent and phone number will be deactivated.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
